Fiza Errington recently represented the Mornington Peninsula District in Division 1 of the Women’s Country Teams Championship, held from 25 – 27 August.
The event was played at Huntingdale Golf Club, Settler’s Run Golf Club and Peninsula-Kingswood Golf Club.
Mornington Peninsula District finished tied 2nd in Division 1 with North Eastern District.
The winner of the division is South Western district.
Fiza played in the number 1 position, achieving 1 win, 1 draw and 1 lost. She had to withdraw from playing in the other match due to a finger injury and was replaced by the emergency player in the team.
