Beaconhills
Country Golf Club has embarked on an exciting new phase and we
would like to take this opportunity to fully inform you of the
club's plans.
As
of July 2, 2007 Beaconhills Country Golf Club reduced the golfing
complex to 27 holes, from its existing 36. The Board of Directors
have fully researched this decision and the members have given
their full support.
The
27 holes form three composite courses known as:
The
Old Course
The
Dewhurst Course
The
Stoney Creek Course
Please

In
essence, the club is seeking to sell a portion of the club which
consists of part of the 9 th , 10 th , part of the 11 th , 12
th , 13 th , 14 th & 15 th holes on the Lakes course which
encompass 14.2 hectares of the total property. Due to the planning
restrictions applicable to the Upper Beaconsfield area, Beaconhills
is looking to create 7 saleable blocks of land, which is the maximum
possible given our situation.
On
August 4, 2007 Beaconhills Country Golf Club celebrated 60 years
as a golf club, which is tremendous feat. The sale of 7 holes
will secure the club's future and ensure we continue for the next
60 years.
On
behalf of the Beaconhills Country Golf Club, we thank you for
interest and we hope you will join us and enjoy one of our three
fantastic courses.
Yours
sincerely
